For many people, eating fruit does not attract much attention, but there are different ways to make this food more attractive.
In the case of kiwi, apart from being a fruit highly recommended by dieticians, there are recipes that due to their originality will make you want to try them.
Stuffed kiwi
Peel the kiwi and cut off the square base so that it stands up. Then cut off the top and hollow out the kiwi so that it is hollow inside. Once empty, fill it with a tablespoon of mascarpone with honey and add chopped walnuts. The filling can vary according to your tastes.
Kiwi cocktail
For this recipe, beat 6 peeled kiwis with 100 gr. of melon, 100 ml. of apple juice, a few mint leaves, a little grated lime peel and 1 Greek yogurt. Then add sugar and put it in the fridge to serve it very cold.
Iced kiwi mojito
Put two cut kiwi slices in each mold. Then blend a kiwi with 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of rum, 1/2 cup of water and 1 lemon juice. Pour the mixture into the molds and put it in the freezer for 2 hours, adding the ice cream sticks.
Kiwi ice cream with chocolate
Cut kiwi slices and stick them into a wooden stick. Then pass the kiwi pieces through melted chocolate and let it dry for a couple of hours on nonstick paper. Put it in the freezer and in a few hours you will have a delicious ice cream.
