- 20 gr. butter
- a vanilla pod
- 50 gr. Brown sugar
- 250 gr. chocolate cover
- 2 dl. liquid cream to mount
- 200 gr. Greek yogurts
- 8 chocolate sticks
- To make the chocolate cream, pour the liquid cream, a tablespoon of water and the vanilla pod into a saucepan. Heat the mixture over low heat without letting it boil.

- Meanwhile, chop the chocolate cover and undo it in a microwave-safe container.
- Put on medium power, until the chocolate is melted (approximately one minute). When it has melted, add the chocolate to the hot cream (from which you will have removed the vanilla pod) and add the butter.
- Beat the whole with some rods until it takes body.
- Let the chocolate rest in the fridge.
- Place a base of the chocolate cream and finish with the sweetened Greek yogurt to taste.
- Serve the dessert instantly, cold, accompanied by some chocolate sticks and a few grains of coverage or chocolate noodles.
