The ingredients of this cake provide a considerable amount of fat (from cream, cheese, sobaos, and butter) and sugars (jam and sugar). Due to these ingredients, its caloric value is high. For this reason, its consumption is not recommended for low-calorie or fat-restricted diets. Also for diabetic people, sugar and jam are a source of carbohydrates.

- 4 dl. liquid cream
- 200 gr. cheese spread
- 1 on lemon jelly

- 200 gr. raspberry marmalade
.
- In a detachable pastry mold, place a base of sobaos biscuits split in half so that it is not too thick a base.
