DESSERT: Yogurt and pineapple curd

This is an ideal dessert for people with constipation and bone problems, since it provides proteins, sugars and fats, as well as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber.

  • 3 natural yogurts
  • 2 gelatin envelopes
  • 135 ml of liquid cream
  • 100 ml of honey
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • 50 gr of walnuts
  • Mint leaves

  1. To start with our delicious yogurt and pineapple curd dessert, we start by making the caramelbase. To do this, we will heat 50 grams of sugarand half a tablespoon of sugar in a pan. We let it melt and when it has the golden color of the caramel, we pour it into the molds.
  2. Then we take peel and chop the pineapple.
  3. Once cut, cook it over low heat in a pan, until it browns a little.
  4. Later, we put the creamto heat in a saucepan and add the gelatinuntil it dissolves
  5. Once undone, we pour it into the blender glass alongwith the pineapple, yogurt and sugar; and we shred it.
  6. When everything has been crushed well, we distribute the dough in each of the moldsand put it in the fridge to cool.
  7. Finally, when it has cooled, add the honey, raisins and nuts, and… Voilà! To eat!
