- 120 gr of pumpkin
- Half a glass of sugar
- A little lemon zest
- 1 egg
- 125 gr. Of flour
- Half a glass of milk
Step by Step
- Put the pumpkin in a pot to cook for 10 minutes. Before you must have peeled it and cut it into pieces.
- When it is cooked, with the help of a fork or a rod, crush it until you get a uniform mass. Add to this mixture the sugar, the lemon zest, the egg, the flour and the milk (in this order) until everything is integrated and homogeneous.
- Next, pour a little oil into a non-stick frying pan and rub it with a piece of paper, so that it helps us so that the dough does not stick without the need for it to have a lot of oil.
- Let it heat up and then add a spoonful of the dough. When bubbles start to appear, flip it over and do the same for the other side.

- 200 gr. of cooked pumpkin
- 200 gr. of sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 70 gr. Of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Half a teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 200 gr. flour with yeast incorporated

- Mix the pumpkin, the holes, the sugar, the olive oil, the flour, the cinnamon and the nutmeg in a large container. Go stirring the mixture little by little until all the ingredients are integrated into a homogeneous mass.
- When it is ready, choose the mold you want for your cake, spread it with a little butter so that it does not stick to you, and add the mixture.

- 2 cups of cooked pumpkin
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 90 grams of Philadelphia cheese
- A pinch of vanilla essence
- Sugar (for caramel)

- Put the sugar in the pan (half a cup) and two teaspoons of water. Let it go roasting little by little, stirring from time to time so that it does not stick until it starts to take on a dark color. When it’s done, pour it into a mold.
- Put the evaporated milk, the condensed milk, the 4 eggs, the cheese, the ground essence and the pumpkin in a blender glass. Beat at medium-high power.
- Add the mixture to the mold with caramel. Cover the pan very well with aluminum foil.
- Then prepare a pot and add a liter of water. Place the mold on top and let it heat up for 45 minutes.
- How to check that the flan is done? Insert a knife and if it doesn’t come out stained, you will have your dessert ready.

- 350 grams of cookies
- 3 tablespoons of evaporated milk
- 220 gr. pumpkin

- A tablespoon of cream

- Start by crushing the cookies until they are crumbs. Then, mix them with the evaporated milk and place the result in the base of the mold or dessert cup.
- Cook the pumpkin, mash it with a tablespoon of sugar and mix well. Add the mixture as one more layer of the cake, on top of the cookie mixture.
- Beat the cream together with the cream cheese and a tablespoon of sugar. Then add to the dessert and let cool in the fridge.
- You can repeat this process as many times as you want, depending on the layers you want it to have, until you have your cake ready.

- 225 grams of pumpkin
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 6 of white sugar
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- Half a tablespoon of nutmeg
- Half a tub of cream cheese
- 125 grams of sweet whipped cream
- Biscuits and a pinch of butter
Step by Step
- Crush the cookies until they are crumbs and add the melted butter to the mixture. This way you will get a crunchy cookie base that will give the cake a delicious touch.
- On the other hand, beat the rest of the ingredients (except the whipped cream) at medium speed until everything is well mixed and, little by little, add the cream until you get a uniform and homogeneous mass.
