Avocado lolly
What ingredients do I need?
To start with the avocado polo recipe you will need: 250 ml of water, 100 gr of sugar, 2 avocados, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice and a pinch of salt. It is also necessary that you have molds for poles.

- We start by making the syrup: put the water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from the heat when the sugar has dissolved, before it comes to a boil.
- While the syrup is tempering, peel the avocados and remove the pits. Crush them with the help of a fork and add the salt and syrup.
- Then add the lime juice and mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Finally, distribute the mixture in the ice cream molds and leave it in the freezer for about 4 or 5 hours, until it has become completely solid.
- Once frozen, it is ready to eat. Take the Popsicle out of the mold by placing it for a few seconds under the tap with hot water and that’s it, enjoy!
Sweet Black Tea Lolly
Ingredients
The ingredients of this delicious black tea lolly are 500 ml of water, 3 black tea bags or 3 teaspoons and 150 gr of sugar.

- To start, you have to put 500 ml of water to heat on the fire.
- When it starts to boil, remove the water and pour it into a container with the black tea.
- After 5 minutes, when it has already infused, remove the tea bags.
- Once the bags are removed, add 150 grams of sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Finally, distribute the sweet black tea in the molds and let them freeze for a minimum of 5 hours.
- After 5 hours you can already taste your sweet black tea lolly. Take advantage!
Banana and cookies lolly
What are the ingredients?
To get to work with the banana and biscuit Popsicle you need: 7 Maria biscuits, 1 banana, and 1 orange and 1/2 lemon.
Let’s craft it!
- First of all, take the Maria cookies and cut them into pieces. Then you put them in the blender glass.
- Squeeze the orange and lemon and pour the juices into the blender glass as well.
- To continue, chop the banana and add it to the blender glass with the rest of the ingredients.
- Shred it all
- Once crushed, pour the mixture into the ice cream molds and put it in the freezer for about 6 hours.
